Sliding Scale Trauma-Informed Personal Training

For women and genderqueer individuals living with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain.


From Women’s Strength Coalition Advisory Board Member, Laura Khoudari:

As my client you will have an individualized program and will work with me twice a week for 12 weeks.

The program will be designed to improve your overall health and strength, familiarize you with how to use equipment available in many gyms, and teach you safe and efficient movement technique. I will also teach you how to read a fitness program, and introduce you to trustworthy fitness resources.

 

At the end of 12 weeks I want you to be comfortable navigating the gym on your own because, at the end of the day, my work is about empowering you.

 

During our time together I will also teach you how to become more embodied outside of the gym, and how to use body-based self regulation techniques as you go about your day.
